Corals On backglass

Anyone glue corals on there backglass I had a mushroom on there for awhile did good but I knocked it off and I had my toadstool on there and I knocked it off. But has anyone had a devils hand on there I have a med sized devils hand I just can’t seem to find a place for in my tank. And it has lots more growing to do. I also have a red cap I thought about mounting or getting a new frag of gsp and glueing it to backglass and letting it take over

I had gsp and a couple of encrusting montis on the back glass of my last tank. Worked out well. Unfortunately, I don't have access to pics of that tank right now.

Some people glue them directly to the glass. Mine attached itself.

I never glued anything on to the back of my tanks, but from time to time would try growing frags on magnet mounted disks and put them on the overflow with the magnet on the inside of the overflow. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting them to stick, I’ve found it takes a lot of super glue. If the frag encrusts I’ve found they stay better once they do. I can send a pic later.

I have had luck gluing and growing some GSP and in the second picture you can see on top right I glued some kind of favites to the back last year and it was a quarter size the and about a softball diameter now. It’s weird it has grown perfectly round even hanging off the wall.

Here is a picture off the reflection and you can see how round and big it has gotten.

I put GSP on my rear glass, has just started to grow off the initial glue spot. I've seen plating monti glued to the back glass locally, eventually started to plate outwards.
