Corals that can’t be dipped?

Hey guys I got some clove polyps coming tomorrow and I want to know if I should dip them or no? Is there a list of coral that cannot be dipped?

Dip them for sure. I dip all my corals just not anemones

All corals can (and should be dipped) But be careful with anemones because they aren’t coral (invertebrae) and shouldn’t be dipped.

Anyone have experience with rock flowers in a nano tank? Will they kill everything ? Lol

Do not dip in standard RX but rather peroxide. They can be delicate and while some fare well with a dip, many do not. It would be similar to dipping xenia as far being delicate.

Had 3 in a 20 gallon drop off tank and they are hardy especially in environment with good water quality

Agreed for sure.

I would not dip any smooth skinned acropora in that dip. Never any clams, nems, sea fans, etc.
