I have this framer and frog spawn that i took out recently to remove some vermited snails and when i glued them back in i put them to close.

Can they touch or should i move them?

I think that level of proximity and touching is fine. They aren’t right on top of each other touching. Anyways Euphyllia with the exception of Torches (some can be placed right together without issue but I choose to give them their separate area from otehr Euphyllia) can touch without an issue so I don’t see a reason why a Frammer can’t touch another Euphyllia especially technically it’s own kind. That being said it should be alright but if you notice any problems you know what to do.
 
Frogspawn can extend sweeper tentacles few inches. You can check that at night. I would move them.
