I've upped the tank size and bumped the lighting up a few percent and changed nothing else.

I checked my water quality yesterday and it was as perfect as possible. Any ideas?

*Edit*
I did add a very small amount of red light towards the end of the day to get a sunset affect...there is also some white light but it is very very little.

Unfortunately when a lot of people are having problems with something in their systems, looking for a solution and changing things up can have the opposite outcome than we were looking for. Fast changes are quite stressful on things. Have you tried attempting a soft bristle/toothbrush to see if it comes off? It could be a bacterial infection, possibly fungal. Dipping it may help, but we'd have to find a little more about what it is first.

I'll try dipping and a light scrub when I get back.
Thanks for the help

Looks like its getting killed by cyano! Ive never seen this condition sorry i cant help.

However Id reccomend a water change.

Can you post a pic with white?
And are you doing any carbon dosing ? No pox vinegar etc?

It's fresh water I used all new salt water when I moved them. I'll still try a partial change.

I'll get a picture in white when I get back.
Is it truly black? I'd also like to see a pic with white light.
It's pretty dark, and I'll get a white pic in a bit.

I'll have to get a picture tomorrow they all closed up by the time I got home.
