I’m going to call it a narrow win for the candy cane. The acro obviously can’t mount a counter attack, but it pretty much recovered from the aggression. If the candy cane was more determined, I’m sure it would have the ultimate victory.

I'd say it is from the monte. Forming a pertective layer to help try to combat the chemical war fare from the acro.

The stunner should win that walking away. That specific chalice has very long sweepers. Lepto ain't got a chance

I have never seen sweepers on the chalice and never any issues with the Leptoseris like this other coral that grows above the chalice.
