My corals have been closed for approx 2wks did dosing added iodine changed salt still they refused to open so I read some ppl have theirs at .026 well I raised mines an sure enough they all are starting to just open up even my bleach hammerhead is plumping up again... Who knew they can have such an attitude!

How are you testing salinity? Also i do think .020 is pretty low for corals but ok for FOWLR. For corals i think the range is .024-.026. Also don't forget that you shouldn't raise salinity too fast.

PS: i recently by accident tested the other end of the spectrum my salinity was .027-.028 and all were OK but the duncan which was closed (and prompted me to find the reason). Sure enough when i lowered the salinity he popped back out [emoji4]
