CoralVue MaxSpect Razor 300W half dead. 3 of the 6 lights turned dim even when it is set to 100%. I smelled some burning so I took it apart. The green thermal block on the driver board has burned up and I tried to save it by replacing the block but the PCB is too damaged to allow solder to stick on:
I did some googling. This seems to be a common problem. If you have encountered such, how did CoralVue take care of you? I would think they would send replacement for free NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I sure hope the replacement is in better quality. If you have to pay for it, how much?
Lastly, anyone has a replacement in case CoralVue wants to charge me my arm for the part of a product that they should have made better?
