I submitted a ticket on Aug 18 and requested support again on Aug 25 and then again on Aug 28th. This is troubling considering support in the past has been good. Where are you Carlos and why haven't i gotten a response?

Carlos was at MACNA this past weekend helping many, many people. I'm sure that they will be in touch soon.

Hmmm odd bc they're usually always on top of it. One of the reasons I keep coming back to reef octopus. Hope they get back to you soon. Keep us informed.

What did you need help with anyway?
I know, they have been responsive in the past for Kh Guardian support. Posted it here because there isn't a sub-forum for it.

A LRS i visit that carries Coralvue products, isn't carrying 3K, been told there's 2-3month back order. Not good.

The 3K has been retired. The 4K will be out very soon and will be WiFi controllable.

You need to have wholesalers understand that, because the explanation I got from my LRS is totally different. Just saying
