Hello fellow Reefers,

I'm technically new here but not as I have been lurking for many months. My question is has anyone else found CoralVue to be rude or have lackluster customer service? I called about some replacement parts and was less than impressed by the attitudes and responses from both the receptionist and the technician. Is this an anomaly or somewhat regular?

I've never had an issue with them. I've had to use ther CS many times over the years covering various products

Pretty much the same experience every time.

1. Submit a ticket
2. Get asked some questions to make sure what the issue is or isn't
3. Perform some troubleshooting to eliminate or narrow down what the problem is
2-3 repeated again as necessary

Possibly move on to the next steps if 2-3 didnt fix the issue

4. Asked for proof of purchase if an rma or repair is required
5. Ship back product
6. Recieve replacement or fixed product fairly quickly.
 
Ive had good personal experience with them. Try to remember that they are a small office with a handful of employees servicing the needs of thousands of people.
