Last February, I bought a Reef Octo skimmer SRO800 from a local aquarium that bought it from CORALVUE. The bubbler pump broke in October. We found out that the impeller in the pump had let loose. The aquarium owner tried to replace it but had no luck due to Covid and the supply chain interruption. I decided the best course of action was to buy a new pump. I searched, and so did they ( CORALVUE), and I finally found one. After receiving it, I had the same issue within a few days. They told me to contact a gentleman named Dale in their support department by the other online supplier. Well, I have to say, in all my years of dealing with online suppliers, I have found that Dale is excellent. He was generally concerned and took the bull by the horns. He followed through kept in touch, letting me know what was going on. As of 1/14/22, they sent out two replacements impellers that should be here soon. Because of the concern and the constant updating of Dale Dardar, I would not hesitate to buy from Coralvue in the future.....Thank you, Dale P.S. TheY arrived right after I posted this
