Over the last several months I've had kind of a nightmare going on with my Reef Octopus skimmer pump. The pump is a bubble blaster 5000. After contacting customer service they sent me a new impeller. That didn't fix the issue. They then asked me to send in the entire pump so the could take a closer look at it. They wanted all the documents like receipts etc. I have so much stuff going on with my system it took me a while to even remember where I bought it.. Let alone where the receipt would be
long story short the place I bought it isn't even in business anymore but it never was an issue as I just received an email saying a new pump has been sent out under warranty.
This is why I buy products from Maxspect, Reeflo, Reef Octopus etc. for A+ customer service! Thank you Coralvue!
