Core 7 Issues

Hey all,
I have had a Core 7 method dosed with the DOS for 4 months now. experienced a complete crash and lost almost all my corals (5 of 47 survived). Since this crash I am having a major problem with maintaining parameters my ALK will rise and my Ca falls if I dose the Core 7 in equal volumes. Basically I went from a low nutrient system to an very difficult to manage PO4/NO3 system (now better managed but a pain). I just cant seem to get the Ca/Alk system to stabilize.

Has anyone had this issue or a similar issue before?

The tank is a 300gal LPS only and ~2yrs old. It has grown very well prior to the change to Core 7.
