Core 7 question

Hi, I’m just about to start core7, just got the 5 liter pre-mixed solutions in.. both 3a and 3b have a lot of solids in them , shaking the containers it sounds like slush... is this normal? Do you have to heat these or something to fix?...

Yes, warm up the solutions to to around 70 It helps.

Warm up as mentioned and shake vigorously .
I placed mine in sink with hot water to abtain temperature

Normal, keep mixing and warm water will do the trick.
