Coris Wrasse

Hello everyone.

While looking for a powder brown tang I came across this wrasse.
Would it be another good addition to my tank ? I currently only have one wrasse a Canary wrasse

Wow that’s a beauty!! How big is your tank? A coris wrasse gets pretty large and destructive at larger sizes...they flip rocks and coral looking for food. I’m not sure how it will act with the other wrasse though.

Tank is about 260 gallons,
I'd like to add a flasher or fairy wrasse as well ? Are Cori's not very friendly?

Should I start glueing my rocks together

Sorry, I’m not sure @Aaronreef. I don’t have a tank large enough for that fish. Based off what I’ve read on here, I would add the fairy and flasher wrasses before adding the coris. May want to wait for a wrasse expert to chime in or ask in the wrasse lovers thread.

I think that's a large Male formosa. They get big & will turn over rocks. Destroy invertebrates. Everyone I know keeps them in fo with triggers & Angel's. Cool fish, but not sure I'd do one in a reef
