Cornbred coral reviews?

I have been thinking about placing an order from cornbred corals but I can't seem to find much in the way of feedback from any buyers. Anyone have any experiences that they would be willing to share from purchasing from them?

I’ve bought from. Some good some not so good. Frags can be very small. I’ve had a few gems from him do really well

I've bought a few from his ebay auctions. Small frags but for most part done well. Website seems expensive if you have patience you can get some deals on Ebay

A couple things you need to realize before ordering. The plugs they use are the smallest I've seen in the hobby. So when you see what appears like a decent sized frag on a plug, it's probably 1/4 the size you think it is. The colors in their photos are enhanced as much as humanly possible. Knowing those things, they do have some nice corals and their customer service, shipping, packaging has always been excellent. They have some well known proven corals like Maleficent which looks fantastic, brightest red in my tank.

If you can live with the small frags, then go get some WYSIWIG on eBay where you can get some deals. Dude will ship what you buy and all of that. VERY small frags is really the only downside. He does not alter photos any worse than WWC, Vivid or JF does, IMO.

Perhaps a pack from the website could be cheaper, but there is no reason to buy from the website when the eBay prices are nearly always cheaper.

I found the colors to be good and accurate but the size of the frags are tiny. If you can get his frags to grow out they are usually really nice but it takes forever due to the size.

I bought some zoas from Cornbred a few years ago, one of my first expensive coral purchases actually, and yes the frags were small, one or two polyps small, but man, when they grew out, they were as pictured, really nice corals!
