Cornerflows vs back flows? I'm buying a new 125 and don't know which way to go. The back flows tank is about $100 cheaper. What should I consider? This will be a mixed reef tank most likely.

I like in this case corner overflows.
Just easier to rock scape the tank vs a center overflow.

Diesel, thanks for replying. My fish room is 8' x 3' so I've ultimately decided to go with a 125 18" width 6' length. 24" just crams my room and I would have to go 4" out into the world to utilize a 2' wide tank. The bump oUT of 4" seemed kind of hoakey. With a 6' tank, comes also cons. I have a sump pump room under my house. The access hole in the fish room leaves me with a 4' maximum stand. So I will be a t-shaped stand to accommodate a 6' tank. I can properly support the tank.
The fish room is 8' x 3'. I plan on using a 40 gal breeder and it will sit at the end of the room on the floor, or on a custom built 7" platform. I've considered doing a 3rd Gen r200 eshoppe acrylic sump also. So I've found a picture that matches my Floorplan identical. I posted a picture. The only difference is, they put they're tank towards the picture. Mine will be centered on the 8' wall. And instead of bein opened ended, I will have a small column at the other end of the tank. If that makes sense. Lol I'll post pics tomorrow but this pic is basically what I'm doing. My girlfriend picked out aqua illumination hydra 26 lights. 3 of them. That I'd why I'm utilizing the 'bulkhead ' design in this photo. I'll probably opt for the corner flow .

I've considered getting a standard 125, and using the herbie flow method and drilling everything, but most likely I'll buy a pre-drilled tank with overflows.

Currently the wall is set up for a 55 gallon flush with the wall. The wall that the tank is on, tips into a cased opening into the living room . There is about a 3" bump out to meet the cased opening. Pictures tomorrow!
