Corraline Algae in a bottle ?

I have seen videos that say it works, but it does take months and months to see significant results.
You can make your own and that seems to work better. If you can get a piece of CA from an LFS and then treat it to make sure it does not have any parasites. Then crush it up into small bits in SW and pour it onto the rock work with the pumps off and let it settle. It will grow and you will get faster results.
