Corraline or cyano?

I noticed a bunch of pinkish/purple spots all over my rocks recently. I've been through the diatom bloom and was wondering if this could be the start of coralline algae or perhaps cyanobacteria. I've tried blowing it off with a turkey baster but it's on there pretty good.

Just tried rubbing it off and it's on there pretty good

From my experience cyano is more a slime on top of the surface while coralline is encrusted on the surface. Is you can remove it by just basting or suction it out its most likely cyano.
