correct spacer mp40

my mp40 keep falling down when they go to gyre mode and feed mode is getting annoying they did not come with instructions on the correct spacer.
I have a regular 75 gallon aquarium ... which spacer will help for this not to happen any more thank you in advance

You have to measure your glass thickness and dial the dryside to the appropriate size.

Plan B is to put the powercord so it drops down to the dryside. Adhere the power cord using some kind of cable holder to hold the power cord tight.

Below my cable-clamp is nailed into my wooden hood. I really should paint the connector black but im too lazy. Lol

I think my mp40 is different has lids I newest one the quiet drive

I'm having the same issue. My dry side is attached to the tank by the power cord and stays on, just the wet side drops. I put it in there and did not turn it on for three days, so it is something about when it switches modes. I'll have to watch it more carefully as to when, but very annoying!
