I've been in the hobby for 7+ years in and out of Saltwater side though. I must say I like this site out of all the other sites to find help you all have great in put.
Down to business now so I've had this rabit fish for about a week now, he's eating like a pig on some ogo, water lettuce and mysis shrimp with a pinch of garlic of course
.
Sad to say I didn't QT him I just did a fresh water dip for 3 minutes he's got two tank mates that are pajama Cardinals. They all look good other then this(images down yonder)
I'm having a had time determine if it is anything because if you look at his eye the white spots are there and then there not there. Then the one dot on his side looks bad to me but then again it has been there since last night and hasn't spread. So I'm thinking maybe it's a little nick?
Last off I'd love to get him and the Cardinals out of the tank just to be safe and treat them. Then let the tank be fishless for 6 to 8 weeks but the only problem is all the rock work is glued! And I'm not about to stress them out trying to catch them plus there's no way in hell I will be able to catching those Cardinals. Any thoughts???
Also if needed is ruby kill ich really reef friendly? I read it can/will kill your beneficial bacteria? And I really don't want it to kill any pods.
