I was making some water last weekend and noticed the yellow film starting to form on my brute can. My mixing station is obviously outside because I don’t have room in the house. I just wondering what effect pollen would have if it got into a reef tank?

Ive certainly heard of problems, but I can’t recall exactly what the symptoms were. Search REEF2REEF on pollen as that’s a pretty specific term.

Not a bit. Just got green on the rocks. In a month or so the pollen count went down and the green cyano was gone. Did it every year about this time.
