Could someone help me identify this fish injury/disease. It was fine and eating yesterday, and it is on its last legs today.

White-ish areas like that should be looked upon with great suspicion. Bacterial infection is highly likely. Treatment is to use a wide spectrum antibiotic like Furan2, Kanaplex, Sulfaplex, NFG (nitrofuracine) for at least 10 days to 14 days. At a minimum. But that one looks like it needs the trifecta of "kanaplex + Furan2 + Metro and ASAP. These types of infections go sideways real fast. I'd also give the fish a bath in Ruby Reef Rally or another acriflavine type product while waiting for the antibiotics to help the fish's immune system.

I put it into a QT it hasn't moved i'm pretty sure its dead. The only 2 fish I have in my display tank are clownfish do I need to treat them or the DT?

Bacterial infections are usually the result of something else going on like Ich, velvet, injury, etc. And while the bacteria will be in the tank, if a fish's immune system is doing well, there usually is not a problem.
Can you tell us a bit more about your tank? How long have you had all of the fish? Is the tank setup new?

Yea the tank is right at 2 months old. I had the 3 fish it a QT for 30 days, and they have been it the display tank for 10 days. I didn't treat them in QT because they didn't show any signs of ick or velvet. I am still not seeing any signs of it either.

Nasty bacterial infection. Another possibility is uronema. Following @Big G advice will have you covered either way. You are in good hands.

Any signs of aggression by the clowns on the RG?

I didn't see any aggression when they were in the 10 gallon QT, but I rarely saw the RG when I put them in the 110 gallon DT. He only came out of hiding to eat.

Darn "rock dwelling" type fish frequently scrape themselves, sometimes pretty good while hiding out or wedging themselves into a crevice for the night. It's very possible that's what happened here. A bad cut/scrape and in go the bacteria quickly overwhelming the fish's immune system.

Wow that’s quite an infection or the worst uronema I’ve ever seen! @Big G provided the advice I would have! :)
