Hi
I'm new with reef and last week I started putting some corals in my 20g tank.
2 days ago I found something growing on the rock and yesterday I found another one growing I don't know what is it.
I'm afraid to be aptasia kindly find the picture.

from the pictures almost looks like a zoa but may be aptasia. If it's something you don't want smothering it with super glue will do the trick.

pictures in whiter light or with a orange or yellow filter would be great. A candy wrapper or safety glasses work in a pinch too.

Thank you for your reply. I'm also thinking like that but I'm not sure exactly what is it.
For more safety I'll glue it.

majano or Hydroids.
With a syringe, you can inject kalkwasser powder into a runny paste into their core. They will disintegrate.

I'm going to share more good photos by tomorrow to make sure before I put some glue on it

Are they harmful for corals, and if I don't have kalkwasser can I glue them or burn them.
