Found this after a water change today. Is it a baby majano?

Yeah - didn't notice at first but there are actually 3 of them

Also, to answer your question about size, it is about 5mm - roughly the size of a zoa polyp

Looks like Corallimorphs/Ball Anemones to me (relatives of soft mushroom corals) - generally harmless and pretty neat.
Funnily enough, they are on a rock underneath a flourishing mushroom colony.

How can I tell the difference between ball/majano? Don't want to leave it only to get an infestation...

Probably the easiest way is that ball nems have little balls on the tips of the tentacles while majano tentacles are like regular anemones.
