Could the source of my Turf GHA be....the fact that the Refuguim part of my sump is loaded in THICK Turf GHA?

My DT is on my main floor. My Sump/Refuguim is in the basement separated by 15ft of plumbing.

for sure, its fragmenting as a possibility. we dont factor nutrients in turf algae work threads, they're just direct kill work. we think the sole cause is hitchhiking as variations in reefing transfer, and then an accepting place from the reefer where they are allowed to grow to any proportion. we're trained to be hands off, through the water, waiting, hoping, so invasions that capitalize on that condition exist.

here is an example of the opposite set of conditions, a forced exit independent of ID and test param levels. pure action based results.

the reason a lyngbya thread works for your brush algae thread is because ID is not required for the method. it works on whatever is receptive to a steak knife debriding sesh. this includes every invader shy of cyano and dino/diatom invasions
