I know it looks like the polyps are missingI've never seen red bugs make marks. Just less PE and color.
That looks like the polyps have maybe been eaten. Have any suspect fish?

. No it isnt a fish, only got ocellaris, strigosus,decora and sphearamia. They should all be reefsafe
Yes but i cant see eggs or flatworms anywere... Ive added a sixline wrasse to the tank. I hope it can help.They look like flatworm bit marks.
