Could this light grow anemones

How big is your tank / dimensions?
 
Yeah for this tank, that light should be fine. But I recommend to let the tank mature first for like 6 to 9 months then the anemone will be less stressed out.
 
At this point keep your parameters as stable as possible. As the tank ages it's going to go through some transitions that your nem may not like and react to. Like shrivel up, climb under a rock or totally deflate. In that small of tank params can change in a heartbeat so do your best to keep everything stable. Good Luck!
 
Whoops see I already got the anemone but he looks fine he’s been in the tank for about two weeks

That looks like a Condylactis Anemone. I had one and mine ate fish and I’ve heard other people’s have... so be careful! I’d hate to see you lose anything
