Could this kill my zoos?

I see this on several of my zoas and palys and I think this is the same thing that killed my palm tree coral at one point
It looks like algae or done sort of detritus build up around the base of the corals, and also on the stalks of my tall green pally (think it's a pally)

Yea accident posted without pictures, it's probably hard to see in these a bit, but sinner of it looks a bit like gha, and then what you mostly see here is like yellowish clumps, just sticking to them.
I can take more photos if you need

Another reason I wonder. See the picture with the tall green, and there's also like 5 red zoas on the frag, not sure if u can see them all in the pic, but directly in front of the talk green is another one that was a baby and grew to about half the size of the one in there now, and then it shrank a bit, and seems to be covered in something and hasn't been opening

Looks like a sponge and they will grow over zoas and kill them.

That sounds like what it probably is, Cuz it's not easy to get them off. Any idea what I could do?

Lugol's dip might work..
Though, 3% h202 and small container of tank water dip might be the best route.

Also an update, I've cleaned it off a bit more, the chunky parts seem like some sort of detritus suck to their sides and that seems to go away easily enough(never all of it but most of it), but it also seems like there's small amounts of gha growing in between the polyps, idk what I can do about that other than buying a sea hare and placing it on the rock with the zoas
At this point I think they'll live for a good while, they've multiplied a bit more since I started the thread as well, but I'm still unsure what I can do to keep them healthy and algae free
