So I have the Nuvo 20 cycled and I’m still torn between which fish I want. 3 on the list are definitely going in the tank. I know I want to add some sort of blue/yellow fish into the mix. Azure damsels seem to be mellow but I’m not sure the 20g is big enough.

Tank will be mixed reef with lps softies and some very easy sps (bird nest and Montipora)

Previous plan: bold and underlined means these are 100% going into the tank.
2 black ice clowns
1 white Banded possum wrasse

1 green mandarin (aquacultured, not sure about getting it anymore)
1-2 figero gobys

New idea (includes damsels):
2 black ice clowns
1 white Banded possum wrasse

2 azure damsels
1 figero goby

Here is my rock work and clowns any foreseen problems?

6 fish is way too many for a nuvo 20. Keep in mind that the back of the AIO holds 5 gallons. So you have 15 gallons to work with
I would go with the 3 fish max

How about:
2 black ice clowns
Possum wrasse
Figero Goby

I fell 3 fish just isn’t enough movement throughout the tank and I would like more.

Once it is filled in with corals, it won't seem anywhere near as empty with only 3 fish. Plus all the CUC, and any corals that have movement like Euphyllias, and three would probably be fine. If you do go with four fish, try to make your remaining 2 fish be somthing that stays smaller at max length than the clowns' max length.

In my 22g nano I had a CB pair of clowns, Tanaka possum wrasse and a ORA neon goby.
Barnacle blennies are cool and they stay pretty small and are fun to watch. As a side note, I would add some more rock and wait a while before you add the possum wrasse. Wetmorella's usually pick off pods and tiny crustaceans all day long, in fact, I never see mine go after food when I feed the tank, but that's not to say they won't eat. I would probably avoid the damsels in that size tank.
