Could use help identifying exactly what I'm dealing with.

I've been fighting this invasion for several weeks now and despite my best efforts I'm losing the war.

Does it have a reddish tint?

Parts do yes.

Looks a lot like Dinoflagellates, or maybe some hair algae covered in Dinos...looks a little dark (though could just be the lighting). Does it basically "disintegrate" when you blast it with a turkey baster or intense flow, only to reform? Does it go away after lights out, then reform when lights come back on?

It unfortunately looks like Dino’s, and Cyano.

It doesn't go away at night it produces tons of slime covered areas that I keep pulling out
