The tank is about 6mo old. I recently added 2 corals and turned my t5's on (they were off and just had leds lighting the tank). Par went from 90 to 200 when I switched the t5's on. Well now I'm getting a brownish red film all over EVERYTHING. I have to clean the glass 3x a day and when I do the tank is murky. The film keeps reappearing almost within an hour or two. The back wall always has a thick film of it and it's all over the rock and sand. It's also a large bloom during the day to where I can't see end to end on the tank. I still haven't connected my uv yet but I'm hoping this is uglies related and not a dino thing. Pics below, just after cleaning the glass. When it browns up again I'll get another pic. Ive also had no coraline growth.

Normal as your tank had poor lighting at only 90 par, higher light more growth for algae’s and such. Those are diatoms btw.
