This thread is dangerous, I currently have around 15 I believe but this makes me want to go on a shopping spree seeing everyone's count here.
Don’t over do it though, better to leave room for things to grow out. 10 large corals with room to grow looks better than 50 small frags that are out of room. Just my opinion though.

There’s no option for zero, but then this is a reef forum... I’m a fowlr fan only cause I wasted so much on coral frags when I was dumb

While counting my corals in my head, I realized I have at least 1 coral per gallon in my 20long. Lol.

I was inspired by this thread but wanted to make this an official QOTD with a poll so here we go!

So in order for this to make sense we need to know 2 things:

1. How many corals (including frags) do you have in your main display tank?

2. What's the size of your main reef tank display?

BONUS: Share a photo of your reef with all the corals!

Looks fantastic, have any updates on the system its self??

Somewhere in the 120-150 region in my Reefer 750XXL

Like 30 corals, two (it was one few weeks ago.. than split) RBTA's and one monstrous Sebae...:) in RSR 170

I have 12 (including a large zoa colony) in 40 gallons without sump, 36.25 x 18.25 x 17 with these dimensions, used two orbit marine pro screens (24) and a fluval aquasky (24) to complete the rest of the spectrum.

I have about 26 in my 40 gallon, though a couple of those are double frags from the same colony that will probably be finding a new home once they show good growth.

Its all about spacing and maximizing space to get the most in there..

45 corals in a 90. I was picky this time. I used to put anything and everything I got into the tank. Being part of a reef club people give you frags and then those frags tell a story about who gave it to you and at which meeting.
This is what I wanted when I started but sadly nothing like that where I live

I think I have ten at the moment. But, I'm DEFINITELY looking into getting more. :) Most of my corals are softies, but I do have a couple LPS. My reef tank is a 20gal high.

A total of 51 in my 88 gallon mixed reef as of last night at 3am. Why 3am? Because UPS showed up 1hour before the wife got home. I only had time to acclimate, dip and put them in the sump before she pulled in the driveway.

31 corals, 1 rock anemone and 1 Condylactis in an 80 gal. tank.
