Agreed, Stomatella snail, good hitchhiker. They 2nd pic is looks to be an aiptasia anemone. Definitely try to get rid of it. They will multiply and spread throughout your tank.

What do you use for the aiptasia? Can I get some tweezers and tank him out?

Peppermint Shrimp have worked for me in getting rid of the Aiptasia without fail. I actually had an Aipt in my office DT I let go for nearly 2 years. It was well over 1-1/2" in diameter and never bothered anything until one day it reproduced. Within two days I had about 11 new ones growing strong, so I dropped four peppermint shrimp in the tank and everything was wiped clean, even the big momma Aipt with three days. Wiped clean. I keep one at home and it was cleaned up every one that has tried to pop up.

I know this one!!!!! Aiptasia! I used a syringe and concentrated lemon juice. . Only day 2 but still no aiptasia... only time will tell though

I will always have a peppermint shrimp or 2 in any tank that I set up for the aiptasia battle.

Not every shrimp has the appetite for it, so I'd do 2 to help chances but they are a great addition for multiple reasons, aiptasia police just happens to be number 1 to most.

When it comes to softies, aiptasia, anemones I don't like to do any physical damage because they can secrete toxins.

Not sure i agree with that one.
a turbo snail does too sso do zoas palys gorgs etc but...

Id say kill the aptasia out of the tank if you can or you may se it spray. Thats baby appies.

Will the lemon juice hurt my toadstool leather?
That I don't know...... I am newer too.... I have a cabbage let her that is healing from a separate issue but it looks fine..... maybe someone with more knowledge could weigh in!

no. It dissolves quicly, but like any thing dont over do it.
Vitamin c ascorbic acid is pretty common ingredient in a lot of reef stuff, food, supplements aminos etc.

I would try to kill it fast I had an aptasia Buy my leather And it ended up killing it from so many stings. AiptasiaX works great! But donit fast.
