I don’t have a cover for this tank. I was hoping to go with glass or acrylic 3/8” and have a couple doors. One large door the entire width of the cover for maintenance and then a small door in the back for an auto feeder. What we be the best way to go about it this do y’all think?

If you have a shop I’d make one out of acrylic as it can be worked with normal wood working tools. If you are on a budget and want to diy I’d go with glass that is cut by Simone else that you then assemble. If cost is not a problem I’d go with something costum made preferably local you can meet with and help you disighn it. This seems to be fairly complicated if you plan on hinges or any moving parts. If you go simple you could just have a glass shop cut a rectangle to size and drill a hole for the feeder.

Thanks for the feedback! Those octo kids look exactly like what I need! [emoji106]

I got my cover from Artfully Acrylic and am extremely happy with it. They will make to order with lots of options for feeding doors etc.

If you can afford them I heartily recommend them. And I am Australian based so it cost me as much to ship it as it did for the unit itself!
