Cow fish

Hi does anyone have any experience with cow fish? I have seen a few in my local fish shops and have read they can release a toxin if stressed or bullied etc has anyone kept these fish and are that a hardy fish or hard to keep?

I had a sm one that ended up dying in my sump nothing was affected! Not saying that it's ok but I loved that fish coolest one I ever had

Thanks everyone I didn't see that thread or I would of read that first lol thanks for the info. I really like them and might get one once my tank is all set up
