Cowfish blemish

My cowfish was fine and then an couple of hours later I see this? Has he bump himself or is it something more sinister? Water stats all in the green and no aggressive fish in the tank with him. He's eating and swimming fine. The pictures are when he is sleeping

How long have you had him? That looks like a minor injury, at least it isn’t a sign of any of the major fish diseases.
