There's honestly no way of knowing for sure without doing a chemical analysis of his product before using it (very expensive). I only put my trust in CP that I buy direct from a US, Canadian or European pharmacy because it is meant for human consumption (to treat malaria). That means it is tested to be safe and no fillers are added to water it down to increase profitability i.e. it is 99% pure CP.
You have to ask yourself this: Being CP is an FDA controlled substance that you need a ℞ for, how exactly did this guy obtain enough CP that he is able to sell it in mass quantities on ebay? And for far less $$$ than you'd pay for it at a pharmacy? The obvious answer is it was sourced from China where QC standards can be highly dubious. Who knows if his "Certificate of Analysis" is even genuine.

Caveat emptor.Just to add... The reason US, Canadian, European pharmacies keep CP in stock is not because those parts of the world have high instances of malaria. However, they do have many citizens that travel to Africa (primarily as tourists) and start taking CP prophylactically before even going over there. As part of their vaccination protocol to travel to Africa.
