Hey all so I have CPR’s CS50 overflow and am trying to connect it to the sump. I’m a little lost on what size adapter I need for the bulkhead to make it into silicone tubing via a barb. I was attempting to use 80 fittings on it. Wasn’t sure if I was having issues cause it’s a 40? Or is it due to being metric? Having similar issues with theilling’s compact roller pad. Namely with the bottom and overflow sizes. Any help would be stellar! Thanks guys!

Schedule 80 has thinker walls, so the inside dimension is different than schedule 40. You may need to look up the inner and outer dimensions to determine which side you’d need to be male and female to move to whichever pipe you want to use.

Thanks! Yea it seemingly doesn’t work with the schedule 80. Gonna give the 40 a go. Either way bringing it to the store with me. Oye! Thanks!
