CPR hob FUGE, help please

Hello folks,

i have a CPR hang on back Fuge,

so i dont need the inlet or outlet, as i am running a inlet from my display,

is there anyway to close this hole??

i cant turn the pipe upward; dont have enough room,.... i just want to remove this pipe completely and close this hole.

I don't know anything about that particular fuge, but if you remove the pipe, cant you just seal the hole with a piece of plexi and some aquarium silicone?
