I have a spar tank and spar equipment I'm getting a 15 wat bulb for a screw in fixture and mini canister filter

what do you thank?

water holding part is about 3-4 and it's a 15 gallon

I don't believe that those tanks are made for water use, they're generally just terrariums (for reptiles and the like.) And are not pressure sealed on the edges. And also there's no way to add flow and keeping water quality up is another issue within itself.
