Crab comparability

Any issuing mixing blue hermits, scarlet hermits, emerald, porcelain, and Pom Pom crabs?

Not at all, I have all listed with the exception of the porcelain crab in a 20 gallon.

In general most of the crabs will be fine together. They are however scavengers and when hungry will scavenge anything that they can get heir hands on.

You shouldn’t have any issues. Make sure you have extra shells laying around for the hermit crabs so they don’t try and steal shells from the others.

Emerald crabs are kind of jerks, so if you don’t need them, they probably aren’t worth it.

Thanks everyone! I already have the emerald crabs and the hermit crabs. I’m looking to add the porcelain and the pom-pom.

Ya, I’ve had that mix for a long time with no problems with the exception that I have never had a pom pom.
