Crab found dead on my sand bed.

Wasnt sure where this came from. It isnt hairy and doesnt match gorilla crab images. Any ideas?

Perhaps it looks different because it's dead? But the black claws are generally a good indicator of a gorilla

I'm glad it's dead if it's a gorilla, could it be possible I have more? I never bought live rock so I'm curious how it got in my tank

I did dissect it and found what I think was meat, and green stuff it didnt look like a molt

Almost all crabs should be excluded from a reef, except Sally Lightfoot. Even the Emerald Crab can go rogue and eat flesh.
