Crab ID, from TBS live rock

Just got a shipment of TBS rock in and this guy was the first hitchhiker (of many I'm sure) that I want to be sure of his fate before I proceed.

Friend or foe? Reddish, and claw tips are white, is feeding itself with the claws.

Red Mithrax. good algae eater, but maybe not entirely reef safe? I banished the one I got, but I might think twice about it if I got another chance.

I think I'll keep him, this rock ultimately will be in an eel tank with soft corals.
