Crab ID please

Hi all have noticed a little critter that came in on some live rock.
At the moment it is very small and is living inside a rock so making it hard to get good pictures.
From what I can see it is red in color and

had 1 larger claw then the other and it has a black tip to it.
Hoping someone might be able to ID it and is it good or bad to have?

Don't know the crab but I think Black tip on claws not good.

Yup, banish to the sump!

Pretty neat color though.Nice way to brighten up the sump for sure.
