Can anyone identify this crab that showed up with my live rock??

Hi New saltwater tank owners. Just add our live rock and found that this little guy came with it. Can anybody tell me what type of crap this and if we should keep or get rid of it.

Its very small and looks smooth on the body. Left claw is way bigger than the right. Black tips on left claw. Legs are light with bands it looks like. Pretty shy, hides if it see me. Very quick.

95% of crabs are bad guys. I know it’s cool at first but get rid of it now while you can. If there’s one thing I can keep out of my tank, it would be crabs.
