Crab identification please

Found this guy after getting some rock from lfs. Anyone know what it is. I know black claws usually mean not safe

For me, it’s easy.
Consider crabs trouble.
That’s safest.

I removed every one 5 years ago.
Now I don’t replenish snails often and mysterious deaths ceased.
 
rounded claws generally means “safe” with caution as they’re still opportunistic. as far as what specific crab this is, i’m unsure. definitely not a gorilla crab

He is definitely not safe killed my dragon wrasse. And took out a barbers brush alge. He's a bully that's why he is in his own tank.
 
Here is a better shot of him he's grown a bit molted his shell once so far. He has his own tank now.

The tips alone spell trouble. Appears to be a pebble crab, stone crab or portunidae crab
