Crab or some sort ID

Hey! Found this crab thing in my rock work a while ago but couldn’t seem to see it well enough. I was feeding my corals today and saw it so managed to get an okay photo of the dude. Please help, friend or foe?

The first pic, to me, looks like a claw with a lighter tip.

If you take out that rock and suspend it above a bucket with water in it, it may come out. They are stubborn little critters, it might take a while.
