Crab or spider?

first time seeing this little guy! From what I can see looks like 6/8 legs and 2 if not more little black eyeballs? He came out at night when the light was off. Hard to get a decent picture but I do have videos
Anyone know what this is?
Good or bad?

It's a hermit crab without his shell. He must of outgrew his other and is looking for a larger one. I would try and find another shell for him soon
