Crab thing?

I cant get a good pic as lights are off for the day and hes almost translucent. I have to sally foot crabs and 2 emeralds. This dude is bout nickle size maybe tab digger has one "big" claw and is picking at sand bed and bringing "food" to mouth...is he one of my emeralds that has maulted?

It may be an emerald . . . I'm given to understand that their color can change somewhat with diet.

Crabs of any sort are worth keeping an eye on, as most are opportunistic omnivores.
