can someone can help me identify this crab? its a good one or bad one ?

It’s very rare to get a friendly crab :-/ . I am not sure on this one, it does not have the obvious bad signs (claws are not puffy ).

Agreed, very rare to be reef safe. I have a couple of hitch hikers that looked like yours. When I reached out on r2r the general opinion was they may be an issue the larger they get. I never had any damage to corals from them. I haven’t see them in a few months, I’m curious if they fell victim to my flame hawk.

If I'm seeing well the tips of claws are rather blunt, not so pointy. It might be okay but I don't trust any crab. Mine all went to the sump.

thanks guy for your help and feedbacks this week i have found my Ophioderma squamosissima totalmente mutilated , i am going to make a trap to catch this crab
